Decoder is a creative studio run by Mark Nolan and Ailbhe Phelan and has been in business for over 20 years. Our clients value our independence, experience and our personal client-to-designer service. Clients speak directly to the person that produces the work and shares ideas/feedback.
Decoder has a design-led approach. This means that first and foremost we provide design services. We get to know our clients brands and reflect their core values through a range of communications. We use research and learning to inform our work and have a strong appreciation of brand strategy and how our work reinforces this.
Our long term client base ranges from start-ups to premium brands such as Land Rover, Fortnum & Mason and Cushman & Wakefield. Diverse clients with different needs and all happy to have worked with us.
